01 — Direct Answer

What is periodic inspection software?

Periodic inspection software is an operational system that lets equipment inspection bodies manage customers, contracts, equipment, work orders, field measurements, technical approval, e-signature and report delivery in the same record chain.

In Vizyon Periyodik, the planning team assigns suitable personnel and devices to the work order. The field engineer opens the correct form from the equipment QR and adds measurements and photos even without internet. The technical manager reviews the record; the approved report moves into the e-signature flow and the customer panel. Every report is traceable together with its source records and revision history.

07 — Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently asked questions about periodic inspection software

We answer basic questions about authorization limits, data migration, offline use and audit records.

Does the software by itself provide accreditation or periodic inspection authorization?

No. Vizyon Periyodik manages competency, device, form, approval and record flows. Professional authorization, the inspection decision and regulatory compliance are the responsibility of the relevant organization and authorized individuals.

We currently use different software; what happens to our data during migration?

Customer, equipment, report and contract data in the current system is analyzed and imported. A controlled parallel transition can be planned until both systems are verified.

How long does the transition take?

Depending on scope, it is usually planned as 2–4 weeks. The duration is clarified together with data structure, report templates, integrations and user training.

What will happen to our existing equipment and report archive?

The equipment inventory and old reports can be imported; historical records are linked to the equipment cards.

Does the system work in locations without internet?

Yes. The mobile app works offline; when connectivity returns, records sync with conflict checking.

How does the system support a TÜRKAK audit?

Personnel competencies, device traceability, activity history and revision records are presented in a linked record structure.
