In Vizyon Cert, the application is matched with the relevant product and certification scheme. Samples and laboratory results are linked to the technical file; review and decision roles are kept separate. The approved certificate is published with a QR verification record; suspension, withdrawal and surveillance status is tracked from the same certificate record.

What is the difference between Vizyon Cert and Vizyon Alia?
Vizyon Cert is designed for product, process and service certification under ISO/IEC 17065. Vizyon Alia manages the management system certification process under ISO/IEC 17021-1.
Can an external laboratory test result be added to the technical file?
Yes. Internal or external laboratory results can be kept in the technical file, linked to the sample, application, scope and relevant review record.
Can the person performing the technical review sit on the decision committee?
Role and independence rules are defined according to the organization's procedures. The system separates review and decision authorizations and records the decision participants.
How does a suspended or withdrawn certificate appear?
The status change is recorded on the certificate record with date and justification; the current status is reflected on the QR verification page.
